DesignOmatic is the design studio of Suzie Kemner, specialising in clean, fresh and quirky illustration and design for branding, print, tv, web and mobile.

Born in the south of Holland, my family moved to Perth, Australia when I was nine years old. After primary school I went to a special High School for gifted arts students, before studying for three years at the West Australian School of Art and Design, where I specialised in Graphic Design and Multimedia. Afterwards I was immediately snapped up to work as a Multimedia Designer for Eclipse Group in Perth, a digital design agency specialising in CD-ROM design (in the year 2000)!

When the opportunity presented itself, I moved to London and fell in love with the city. I now have over 15 years of experience working for digital design agencies across London, and have also worked for clients in Berlin.

I’ve worked on design projects ranging from illustration and animation, to emails, web sites and mobile apps, through to branding, packaging and print. I love to run with a project from initial brief through to concept, design, artwork, and production.

I have a keen interest in music, fashion and the arts, and love working on related projects. I have also worked on projects for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) as well as corporate clients including Max Factor, Olay, T-Mobile, Orange, Barclays, and Shell. Have a look at my Portfolio to see examples of my work.

I recently launched my own lifestyle brand Suzie London, where I create ‘Pieces of joy’ – clothing, accessories and homeware channelling 50s, 60s and 70s style with a fresh, modern edge. All my textile designs are digitally printed in London, and handmade into bags, cushions and lampshades with my own fair hands.
